What you want is extreme haning. This is how you do it: get the strongest packing tape you can find (the one with fibers imbedded). Get a good strong wrap cause this is extreme. Using 2 feet of nylon rope tie a knot around your penis, and tape the knot down agian very tight. one the other side attach 50lbs of weight, plate or dumbell doesn't matter (assuming you can lift 50lbs with both hands).
