I am 7.4 inches thick.

Is sex a problem? Intercourse is not, however since my girth has increased, I can definitely tell there is a difference on my wife's part when it first goes in. Her eyes kind of widen and she seems to take a deep breath. She really seems to like it though.
Oral sex is another issue altogether. To get anything besides the head in her mouth, I have to be flaccid. She likes to give me oral sex when I am totally flaccid and feel it swell in her mouth.
