I have been following DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words],slightly modified,for exactly 1 month now.I have followed what DLD said in that it's a good habitual program to train everyday and find it to be very true.So what have I gained you are wondering?..well here it is.

BPenis EnlargementL is at 6.0" exactly which = 1/2" in erect length gain.
EG is at 4.90" which = .15" jump in erect girth,probably due to better/harder erection quality,but in any case I am a very happy man! rofl

Cant wait to see what the future brings. :) (Hopefully alot more newbie gains.)

Your gains are motivational to me because I've been at it for around 18 days with no gains,but after reading that you got noticable gains after a month refreshes my vigor for P.E.:cool:

Can I just ask...how long do u find it takes you to complete the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. It takes me roughly 1 hr 30 to get everything done including hot wraps and all the inbetween stuff! Ive done it 3 weeks but no gains so far!:(
Do u think its the stretching that gets the length? I stretch until I feel a dull to mederate kind of ache though out my penis and at the base? Sound intense enough?

That's how i gained my length. It sounds crazy but i stretch every free minute i can. But i also do it as part of my routine with warmups and warm downs too. That's very important.
 
Hey beardick. So how many times a day do u do these extra stretches man? Do u hold them for 30 secs or just whatever?? What angle do u do them? Cheers mate!
 
If I'm doing them spuratically I just go 30 secs up and down and few times. During my routine I do 30 secs in every direction about 5 or 6 times
