Because my schedule is way too hectic to let me do it all in one day, I've split my workout into 2 days with a rest only when I feel I need to or am forced to due to time constraints.

Day 1:

Stretching btc, down, up, left & right, rotary cranks. All will be held for 30 seconds and on the side, out, and up ones I will usually do them bundled.

After that I'll do a set of 50 DLD blasters - resting for 30 seconds every 5-10 to regain circulation.

I'm mainly focusing on working the tunica since my LOT is around 7:00 (Slightly discouraging).

Day 2:
600 3 second Jelqs at around 30-50% erection since apparently this is a more optimum level for length gains.


If anybody has any suggestions or comments I'd certainly like to hear them and would appreciate any input.
