And I have night crawler veins. Not to bad for being old..i eat clean and work out hard. My coach push's me harder now that im old then he has when i was younger. Good fuel (food) and hard work pays off. Fasting is a easy way to loose weight and never a good idea or safe method..and most that run diets like that in the end gain it back..PEACE!! we just have different veiws lets leave it at that. Yeah but fasting is technically a caloric deficit because you're fuller in shorter amount of time if you eat the same as you always do meaning less calories. And yes protein in take is very important when trying to gain muscle. I don't understand why you're still trying to attack me I just wanted to share this video with you and I never even referenced fasting with the video so I don't know why you even bring that back.
