hi im ready to start phase 2 in the members site and i dont understand the super sets do i have to do A-Stretch, RB's Fake Arm A-Stretch, DLD Dual Fulcrum, DLD Blasters and PC Work or do i pick one of them please can someone answer my question

As far as stretching is concerned DLD Blasters are performed with a stretch position of the A-Stretch or the RB-Fake Arm Method. DLD Dual Fulcrums stretches are performed as the second exercise in the super set. PC Work has nothing to do with stretching unless you are referring to the Kegel-Reverse Kegel of the Blasters. Please be a bit more specific and I will try to answer with a more comprehensive answer.
 
Is this the routine Double Forced Jelq and Bends, Isolate Compression Squeeze, Toilet Compression Squeezes, DLD Lazy Ass Stretches, Testicle Health because I was abit confuzed with it having the A-stretch and RBs fake arm stretch if you dont understand can you just tel me what to do like part one basic stretching part two 200 jelqs and so on if thats ok thanks for your help DLD thats why im happy I joine this site because I wasted my money on stupid pills that didnt work and other things but I have been doing your first routine and have gained 2cms in a week so that good signs
