Not really sure....My penis did not stop until late twenties...But I was an earlier bloomer and a late finisher!

yes, my penis has been the same size since i was like 12/13. it's like 4 inches long erect and 2 inches flaccid. and 4 inch girth

I think that my penis had a big growing spurt when i was 13 or 14, i remeber measuring my penis at 3.5inches and then around six months later measuring it at 5.5 inches, since then my penis has grown steadily and was 6.5 inches long around a year ago, i suspect i am naring the 7 inch mark now.

Erect size is below average (if you are doing a bone pressed measurement) but that really does not mean anything accept your starting size. Write it down and get to work.
