I was wondering how often and how much I should jelq. I'm serious about Penis Enlargement so I'm willing to give it a lot of time, I just don't know how much.
 
Hello kingof780. Anywhere between 200-400 is good enough IMHO some may differ. But don't let the number of jelqs be your primary focus too much other wise you may be rushing through the process as it becomes routine. So I wouldn't focus to much on how many you do, rather give your full attention and concentration in each jelq so that the effectiveness is there, therefore aim for 30 min-1hr depending how conditioned and comfortable you are. Super slow jelqs are much better than fast rushed ones I learned so just a tip I should share with you.

its a preference of the one doing the excersize

if not using Penis Enlargement device 200 to start for first couple weeks and slowly work up the amount of reps
never errect though
semi errect or flaccid ok to do
dont forget warm up and warm down

Counting and timing expansion is difficult to keep track of when doing exercises as it robs the mind of concentration and negatively affects erection quality. This is why SRT Routine, my latest brain child:), gives long 5 minute sessions of jelqing, Slow Squash Jelqs or the like. This way all concentration is dominated by attaining the best expansion, not counting.

i agree with you DLD completly but at same time we newbies have to have something to start with wether be a count for a little while or moving up to a comfortable time like example 5 minute jelq
some find a count to be easy at begining where other newbies find timen can be a plus factor (basically creating an internal timer and after awhile the timer takes over)

like for example i do less reps but with power reps doing same work out just adding little more strength where i can and when i can
