The speed you're gaining at now is the rate 90% of guys report almost regardless of what they're doing. (As long as they're on a sensible program of some sort and being consistent with it.) That suggests this is either the limit of growth rate or the normal growth rate. Either way, attempts to speed it up may actually slow it down.
