Hey, I'm almost 4 months deep on a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] only routine and having delightful results. I don't want to slow my gains down of course, and I'm wondering what I should do with my routine. I generally do 3 sets of five. Sometimes I've done an extra 3 or 4 minute set but I tend to get a little more fluid retention. How many sets should I do and how long should I break between sets? Thanks for any help!
