A few of us got talking on another thread that dried up about rest days. I am interested to know what routines people use regarding days on and off and whether they have noticed it improving erection quality and gains or not.

I was doing a 5on 2off and my erection quality REALLY suffered, so after I have recovered from my injury I will be on a 1on 1off.
 
Well for me my erection is awsome, hard as a brick everyday.
All I do is this:

First two weeks:
Morning - 10 min, dry jelq ... without any warm up/warm down (have never done that, and it still works good as hell)

Before bed - 25 min, dry jelq ... w/o warm up/warm down

Third week:
Morning - same, never overdo it.

Before bed - 30 min, ......

And so on, and my erection has never been so hard. I noticed it just after a couple days. Totally stonehard! =D

And this is done everyday. For me anyway. And I don't do anything else in between.


Im waiting on my pump and Im going to combine those two. Think this is my holy grail.



Less erection quality is a sign of overdoing the momento. Ease on it.

So you dont have any days off at all? Your one lucky mother, also if I dont warm up you wouldnt believe the amount of red spots I get! It means I cant do any stealth girthwork without my dick looking like its been run over!
 
Rest days vary from person to person, depending on how you body reacts. You really have to see what works for YOU. I have done 2 on/1 off, 1 on/1 off.

I like to look at it on a monthly basis. So, right now I do 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, and then 2 off. That gives me four days a week, with a full 2 days straight off each week. Doing a straight 2 on/1 off throughout the month only gets you 2 more days throughout a month period of time. If you figure it out, one week you'll have 4 days and the next you'll have 5. And for me personally, the two full rest days each week is more of a benefit than 2 more days a month.

There's no hard-and-fast rule here. Just see what works best for you.
 
Its not that, Ive been Penis Enlargementing for way over a year now, at the start it was real easy stuff until I learnt more about it. Im a slow gainer, and just get red spots if I dont hot wrap it. Both unfortunate facts of my life!

I can do length work eveyday but my dick does need time to recouperate after girth work.
 
Gman I am just wondering what peoples thoughts are on rest days,and if they have noticed any benfits from increaseing or decreasing the number of rest days in their routine. I have always done 5on 2off so have nothing to compare it with yet, although I will do soon. Recently my dick is telling me to give him more time off.
 
Im on a big break now, errection quality went down so stoped fo a week and now im on my second week off.

I'm thinking of doing some streching tonight and doing minamal stuff till next year, I havnt really lost anything and think my chopper needs a break.

I'm not going to reach my origonal goal of 8x5.75 for xmas, but ill get there next year!!

DVD, I just noticed in your signature you have some pretty consistant gains, do you have your workout posted? if not could you? (sorry bout the irrelevant post)
 
Like everyone else said I really think it depends on the person. I was working out almost everyday and I started to suffer a little bit on quality. I'm cutting back and adding more rest days. I'm also in a relationship and I don't want to sacrifice that for gains. I think that age is also a big reason to start adding more rest days. I am thirty eight and my body doesn't recuperate the way it once did. I think we need to keep this Penis Enlargement thing in perspective. The reasons we do this are many and one of the most important for me is my partners satisfaction.
 
i'm just getting back into Penis Enlargement, but i like 2on 1off then 2on 2off. Maybe 1on 1off.
Just depends on my schedule. For me i think 2off every once in a while is good.
Try to figure out whats right for u. it all depends on the intensityof workout, diet, and sleep.

I work out 3-4 days every week. I tend to try and use the same concept as bodybuilding giving my body (penis) 24-48 hours in between of workout out to rest and recoop. I found personally that i have gain a lot more then i did when i was doing it five days a week and i'm talking about noticeable gains. When i did my routine 5 days i wouldn't see any gains for months as oppose to when i did it three times a week.

My work week is Mon, Wed, Fri, and sometimes Saturday depending if i thought that the penis got a good work during the week.
