I can say that I never realized how much your body uses lower ab muscles until you're sliced open. I got cleared for 100% duty for work after 4 weeks but it took much longer until I was really 100%. If you think you have one get checked. Only a doctor can tell you how bad it is. Given how I felt the doctor said it was just a bit of fat that popped out but I ran the risk of my intestines going through and then getting strangled. The lump was noticeable too, no denying that.

The sad part was when I went to get the referral the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] looked and said "wow, you're right, that is a huge piercing! Yeah I trying to get the imaging done soon for the hernia. They keep calling my phone trying to get me to come in for a visit but I don't have money right now. I wouldn't be able to get the surgery any how. No money for that or for time to heal. Sucks having a family and not being able to provide.

I know that feeling. We're trying to dig ourselves out of a hole yet again and it'll happen eventually. I keep waiting for our financial struggles to end and finally made some changes that should help.
