How do you deal with glans discoloration
By never getting it. At all. For the type of exercises you're describing.
And if a color change is caused by something far up the PE ladder, such as going too hard and too long with Clamping, then even that will return to normal in mere minutes during a warmdown massage.
When I was very very newb to PE, the more hardcore glans-expanding exercises such as Ulis, and Erect Jelquing with one of those backwards can-lifters (there's some oldschool ghetto stuff!), could cause some temporary red-spotting of the glans, but nothing like the easy and protracted color change you describe.
Stretching? Some very temporary
lightening of the color of the glans while under grip pressure .. returning to normal in just seconds.
It's a weird issue ... without knowing a lot more can only take a stab at it ...
- Do you tire easily when exerting yourself? If it's hyperrestriction of tissues causing the color change that could be Hypoxemia (low blood oxygen) typically from Anemia. Anemia can be from low red blood cells, but it can also be from low Iron in the cells and/or (and people don't usually know this one) low Copper as well .. Copper (Ceruloplasmin) is required for the formation of Iron into Hemoglobin, and plays a secondary transport role since it also 'rusts' and contributes to respiration transport similar to Iron.
- Do you bruise easily (and/or take a long time to heal) for other body parts, or just for your penis glans?
If it's just the glans, which is odd to hear, then maybe look into an Arnica cream .. and (make sure your kidneys are in OK shape) maybe some Arnica pills as well.
>>Quick article grabbed off web to get you going. That can help the darker color fade to normal from the inside-out.
If you seem to bruise too easily in other places, look at getting waaaaaay more Vitamin C and (here's this mineral again) a quality Copper product like Copper Sebacate. Very simply put, Vitamin C 'is' collagen .. and Copper 'is' the strength of that collagen. If these are in dearth then you'll be on a spectrum for Scurvy (scurvy, from scorbutus, solved by a-scorb-ic acid 'Vitamin C') .. and venous tissues which are easily fractured.
Also you cannot expect Vitamin C to be taken in by the body if Insulin is running around elevated at the same time. Insulin and Vitamin C compete for the same transport mechanism across the cell walls (and C will lose), so get your C at times of day well before meals, and as far away as possible from any Insulin shots you might or might not receive. Also obviously watch your intake of sugar, and food stuffs that are high on a list for Glycemic Index. All of those will raise your Insulin, block your C, and screw with your ability to synthesize new collagens/strong collagens.
Vitamin C supplementation will only hang out in the body for about 7 hours, so if you get into it you might also want to do it two or three times per day to keep it elevated and available. Copper supplementation will try to lower the amount of Zinc in your body, so watch that. Their ratios are supposed to be 15:2 (15mg of Zinc for every 2mg of Copper). Since the Copper intake level would be in the range of 6 to 9, you'd need to multiply that Zinc figure upwards and try to monitor it to stay within the right range.
