Sorry, I never had a written in stone routine. I just experimented, and I still sorta do. For example, I started off with homemade hangers, but I disliked the effort it took to put the device on comfortably and ect. So, I then bothered with many other forms of pe (I've always jelqed). Then I found clamping (I tried mid shaft clamping also....whick has given me my baseball bat shape). Now, I combine clamping, this new exercise, regular socks tretches, kegeling, bundled jelqs, and squashes. All in no particular order or routine, more like whatever I feel like doing.
Try 3 days a week.
