You have posted pix here before and I remember them. Your over 7 inches in length thats for sure. Must be around or over 8 inches. I disagree about you being skinny, look average size to me but small boned which gives the impression to some that your skinny. Better being that than with mass slabbed on anywhere and everywhere looking a freak show :)

hi, i have limited internet accress, this is why i no post often.

my routine contains kegals up to 3h a day

i do minor stretches but i more do kegals now days than before.

i feel this is strongest exercise

i have improved from 19.5cm to 21.5cm now in time over 2 years

dld, do you have recommendations for routine?
