hello everyone

i'm new to this and i've been looking on the internet to find ways to enlarge my penis naturally and by myself. i found this forum and i've found a lot of good information. i've been doing DLD's basic newbie work out, the jelqs for maybe about 2 months now, including the warming up and the stretches. my penis, when fully erect, is 5.5 inches long and when it's flaccid it's barely 3 inches. i haven't seen any improvement yet. i hope it's understandable that this bothers me. is there something i can do instead of the basic work out or maybe i'm doing it wrong?

i also have a few questions.

i'm not sure how to do the PC muscle exercises. can someone explain that to me?

how long will it take for me to see results? and how long will it take for me to gain a 7.5 inch penis? that's my current goal, but i will probably continue once i reach it.

are the improvements on penis enhancing permanent? or do i constantly have to keep doing it?

i really don't want to use any tools, pumps, pills, surgery, or devices. are there other ways that i can improve my size just as effectively?

im in ur situation too im a 5incher myself. i have committed more than a week of pe contiuoesly but thats gonna change now. you really need to pay for the full acess on this site if ur having trouble understanding. it has so many videos plus picture diagrams that walk u through 5 different phases from begginner to advanced. it will b ethe best money u spend toward su penis enlargement. im broke myself so im waiting to get cash and credit card to pay for the site. and the pc ting, next time u go pee start peeing then stop peeing. the muscle that your using to hold your urine back is the pc muscle. its between ur anus and ur nut sack. when u do pc muscle workout u will most likely fell a weird tingly feeling down ur spine. thats how u know if ur doing it right

pills are scams dont waste money the just increase blood flow, so take supplements that increase your blood flow instead of penis pills which are expensive. and AVOID SURGERY i REPenis EnlargementAT AVOID IT you can do this with hard work and determination surgery should be the last resort if this does nothing for u but if u ask me i wouldnt do surgey even if i didnt gain anything from penis enlargement no way i'd let anyone cut up my dick.
