Hi everybody,I need an advice on my next routine:
-6 sets of 20 min each -6 days/week hanging for length
-clamping 3 sets 10min each-2 days 1 off for girth(off on the weekends too)

Is it too much?
 
That sounds like a very intense workout. have you made gains so far? Any routine can be too much if it is too much for you, you will know soon enough if it is enough or not.
 
Well,I've ben doing Penis Enlargement for almost 6 months,so I'm not a begginer,I've been hanging for almost one month ,gaining 0.3 inches in BPFSL,and 0.2 inches in BPenis EnlargementL.I'm having problems with my girth ,I haven't seen a gain for almost 3 months already-since then I'e incorporated in my routine Supra's Slammers-but nothing-so I'm trying to break the plateou with clamping(I've got a pretty small girth-4.4 inches,my lenght is 6 inches bp).

The fact that i'm going to introduce clamping in my routine could hamper the gains in the length area?
