Hi guys, i've been trying with Penis Enlargement various times, but i seem to lack the motivation to keep going past the first month. Maybe it's because of my already larger than average size (19 cm (7.5 in) bone pressed length, 13.5 cm (5.3 in) girth), maybe because all of the girls i've had sex with said that my penis is big (4 of the 5 girls i've had sex with claim it was the biggest they've ever tried).... Whatever... I want to overcome this sort of laziness and become really big. Girls already said it's big, but if there's chance to be bigger, with no health risk involved and no money to spend, i definitely want to be bigger. My objectives would be an increase in girth and an improvement in the quality of erections. I don't have any problems getting an erection, but sometimes it gets hard as marble and it feels very good for both me and the girl, but most of the times it just gets hard enough to penetrate. I've been randomly jelquing and making kegel exercises for years, but now i want to make it a rule of life like eating, sleeping, etc. I was thinking about a daily workout that looks like this: 200 quick kegel squeezes as soon as i wake up (adding 100 reps every week up to a maximum of 1000 reps per session); afternoon jelq session: 5 min warm up, 10/15 min jelq, 5 min warm down; before sleeping: squeeze and hold the pc muscles 3 times for 2 minutes (up to a max of 2x5min + 1 to exhaustion). I'm open to any kind of exercise or method that does not require pills/chemicals or specifically built equipment.
