If I move to Phase 2 of the MOF program, should I do the excercsies from Phase 1 too?
I'm doing phase 1, but I gain more length than girth, witch I don't say is bad, but I would like to see more gains in girth too, and I feel my cock is used to phase 1 so I can move on to Phase 2. Will P2 give me better gains in girth?
 
If you are moving into Phase 2 you will want to do those exercises in place of Phase 1.
 
The Phases are set up to progressively give you new gains, girth and length.

No, you will be replacing those stretches with DLD Blasters. You can add additional stretches if you want and this would speed the process.
 
I was a bit lazy with kegels. But I want to do it now regurarly. So the excercises should be done to kegel and then do a reverse kegel? Should all the excercises be done in both ways?

The DLD Blasters depend on kegels and reverse kegels to be effective.
