Hello.

I am a 37 year old, I have just split from my beautiful girlfriend after 7 years. We have a child and a house etc. My obsession is that I feel that I do not satisfy her with my penis size. Im in the region of 3x6 or 6x3, don't know which way round as this is my first post. I have not confidence and no self asteem because of this, I have to do something right now about it. You mean 6 inches long and 3 inches of girth?
 
Measure your girth using a taylor tape, a flexible fabric ruler. Measure mid shaft around your penis while erect, this will be your girth measurement. From the sounds of it you are putting yourself in a much worse position than you are really in. You are already above average in length, girth we don't know yet. You mean 6" long and 3" around? Anyway, I'm going to try to shine some light on a few things for you.

1: You made a good decision by coming here to solve your issues with your penis. You will most likely gain an inch or so in length and perhaps 1/4" or more in girth, that would give you about a 20% larger penis within about 3 months or so and you'll only continue to grow from there.
