Hello everyone how are you doing ?I am John and i started tuesday with the newbie exercises , well with jelqing first ( 300 exactly ) and the next day with 300 again jelq and today i deciced to do the full routine ! Warm-up, Stretching in all directions , jelq - 300 , kegels i dont remember how many , warm-down ! Anyways i wanted to ask if it is normal that i feel a pain ( not that much) in the pelvic floor ( i think ) after the exersices ... Did i did something wrong?? Oh and i feel i want to pee every minute.. it that wrong?
Plz answer as quick as possible

You may experience some changes when you start some pains an twangs here and there as your penis becomes used to the exercise. This is very normal and may happen for the first 4 weeks. The urge to pee is something I have not experienced but I would just chalk it up to the body changes, give yourself some time to adjust.

thanks for posting DLD :) i understand now and will get used to Pe'ing :P and i noticed some changes :D ( maybe some gains , did'n have time to measure)
Last night i felt the pain but the next morning and all day i dont feel that pain :) i am happy about that ..
