Head not increasing

I have gained a decent amount of girth the last 3 months by only jelqing ( 5 day on 2 days off )

So i gained about 0.4 in middle shaft girth and a little at the base and top.
However, my head is not increasing, it's the exact same size as i started with, even though i have gained both lenght and girth.

shouldn't the head of the penis be the first place to gain girth? I mean you push all the blood to the head and hold it there ?

The head of the penis is difficult to expand because it is not covered with skin as is the rest of the penis, the glans itself is exposed. Gains in head size seem to happen slowly and progressively over a longer time period. The skin covering the penis helps to keep expansion high and steady while the lack of skin at the head do not have this luxury. Head expansion is all about consistency and patience.

I guess you are right. I don't really think that my previous routines have been girth minded, even though it was my goal.

Doing erect head squeezes will definitely speed the gaining process on the glans as expansion stretches despite if it is skin or tissue. Head Squeezes are very simple, get a full erection kegel as much blood as you can in your head, trap it there for 30 seconds and then expel all blood and go again. A decent workout would last about 10 minutes.

Yes. Try the condom ring while doing supra slammers. I'll continue these one I make my length goal

The head increases at it's own pace. You need not worry about it. Get your self a mityvac pump. Your glans will expand more better.
