Hi there,
I've recently tried incorporating DLD Blasters into my routine. However, the major problem for me seems to be that whenever I do Kegels during Blasters, the Kegeling seems to get me hard, and obviously it's impossible doing DLD Blasters whilst erect <
Would it be possible to do a Blaster-style stretch WITHOUT the Kegeling involved? I'm thinking of just getting into the standard A-Stretch hold and gradually increasing and decreasing the tension of my stretching hand (and putting a slight wrist roll into it). Would this be beneficial? (I obviously realise it won't have the power of a full Blaster with the Kegel involvment)
Any insight from anybody on this?
