i've been edging for 1 set of 100 edges or 2 sets of 50 edges the past few days only and my erection strength has noticeably increased in just 2 days.for those that are looking to get harder erections try doing these.
 
u know edging or in singular form edge.its masterbating til just before u cum and kegal for 5 -10 secs like i do it.

seriously it's not magic to do this.. maybe it takes alot of practice over years I dunno.. but I do this constantly while clamped, easily 100 edges, it gets you a good hardness for doing girth exercises. Not to mention getting amazing control over not cumming too soon.
 
I've not tried this technique, but I'm sure it can be done with practice. And I'm sure sometimes one fucks up occasionally and busts a nut unintentionally.

Dude, you might be hitting the crack pipe too. You're telling me that you have to jerk it for 30 minutes to get off? I understand sometimes take longer than others, but a man should be able to get himself off must faster than 30 minutes.
 
At times, I want to wait a little while lol. Just so it can be a huge load. I've only been able to edge 20 times in one session. After that I really pretty much stopped edging. Man, I've been slacking so much on kegels lately. And I wonder why I've stopped gaining even with 2 hour length sessions a day. I gotta start back up again. Thanks for this post cause it really woke me up. I need to get back to kegeling.

Yea dude. I originally read about edging in thundersplace and then, it would take my liek 6 or 7 min to get off, so I started edging and worked myself up to like 50 minutes...Im damn happy about it.lol
