Is flaccid stretched measuring as accurate as hard erect measuring? Thanks.
Are you trying to create a future log? Like a progress report.
For measuring gains, you're going to want to look @ base erect(+flaccid) girth, midshaft erect(+flaccid) girth, erect(+flaccid) girth near glans(+glans), flaccid stretched length, bone pressed erect length, non-bone pressed erect length, and then your regular flaccid length w/o a stretch involved.
You can also measure temp gains are girth sessions just for motivational purposes.
You don't have to do all of the above. So you can just stick w/ basics like BG, MEG, NBPEL, BPEL, FSL, and maybe [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words].
Just depends on your dick and if you're getting even girth gains throughout the shaft, rather than some baseball effect.
For telling someone your actual size. The choice is always going to be erect measuring.

Could use a tailors tape for the curve, it'll just be a tad more difficult pressing to the pubic bone with it.
What he said about peyronies. You can also just use a piece of string, measure your shaft and then measure w/ a regular tape measure. This way you're able to measure all the bends/ETC measurements.
