Guys, first of all I haven't been faithfully hanging due to my schedule changing during the summer. I've been doing a lot of manual stretches..nothing with full dedication other than a maintenance type routine.
But I've done plenty of research and came to my own conclusions about some things and just how simple this really is. Now I just have to exert myself regularly.
IMO, manual stretches definitely work but hanging offers a controlled resistance which can be monitored. The one thing I have never enjoyed about hanging is the BTC (between the cheeks) position due to never getting comfortable. But that doesn't matter because there are more ways than one to skin a cat.
One of the things I noticed in reading about the biggest gainers is that they really stretch their tunica thoroughly. So I thought about that for a while and remembered a stretch I did when I first started hanging...
I used to hang first thing in the morning with about 15lbs for 15 to 20 min while I shaved and brushed my teeth. After a very short while I noticed that I didn't feel a great stretch anymore but I couldn't go up with the weight on the modified hanger I was using without experiencing pain. So to keep the stretch going I would bend forward.
Well, I did that the other day using the starter model with 10lbs, then 12.5, then 15 and now at 17.5lbs but here's what I'm doing. I hang straight down then carefully bend forward noticing how the weight effects the tunica. Each slight bend of 2 to 3" changes the feel...super good stretch! I go all the way down until my hands touch the floor. You would think that the SO stretch would be efficient enough but there's zero resistance if you can lean forward.
One thing I can tell you that you will notice is the pubic area is somewhat sore from the straight down angle. But the next day I'm really sore under my balls and on the shaft of my cock...very cool feeling.
Try it and see how it feels to you.
