While most people think when you PE doesn't really matter, I beg to differ. I think timing and testosterone optimization is very important as well as healing. For years I've been PEing in the morning and then weight lifting at night. Today that is changing. While training at night and morning has different benefits I feel night training is best. Doing a session in the late afternoon/night is better because if you go out at night clubbing, bars or dinner you will have a fresh post workout pump all night long. Which is awesome because sex usually happens mostly at night. Then, your pump heals and grows and continues on in the morning. If you PE before your gym session your cock rings might slip off and you will get temporary turtling which can affect healing. Maybe I'm wrong but this seems like the new reality for me.
