Glans getting crushed when stretching with hands

Hello!

Manual stretches with ones hands is proving far easier and allows me a lot of control when stretching.

My question relates to something that I've noticed whenever I stretch.

Imagine you are looking straight down at your glans, so you are looking at the base of the glans. You could also compare the base of the glans as seen from above, resembling a firemans helmet.

Whenever I do manual stretches, the blood gets pushed up into the uppermost tip of my glans, BUT, the base of the glans especially around the edges, gets crushed. Its not painful at all, but it makes it harder to grip after a while.

I dont use any grip or assistance, just my fingers for the OK grip.

The other variation of manual stretching is doing the over-hand grip around the glans, and that works like a charm. I actually feel a deeper tissue stretch with that one.

In fact, I think I'm getting addicted to stretching these days!
 
Try to grip behind the glans. Get some blood in the glans and grab it around 0.5-1 cm under the glans.

This is how MAXAMEYES describes it:
"To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow, this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin."

KingCobra much respect for the advice! Will keep it in mind!
 
I'm not cut and what I do is pull the foreskin back and then approx half an inch underneath the glans where the skin is retracted back I grip tightly and commence the stretch. Better for me this way, I feel the stretch instead of mostly skin being pulled. It can rub on the coronal ridges at times and I think maybe this is your problem here? if so the advice already given helps allot or perhaps you can apply a small wrap to the area so it pads when you stretch.
