I don't think I've ever seen anyone that really has an 8"+ girth. That's almost the size of a coke can (about 9"). I think it would really hurt any woman except the most stretched out of size queens or fisting fans. I think the 6-7" range would be much better.

A Lot of it is fluid, and back when I did it I used too high pressure. I used my mouth for a pump. When you take it out of the tube the pressure is gone but you are still bigger than normal for at least several hours. Plus probably an extra 1/4" or so for a couple days.
