I have never really jelqued on any regular schedule and instead spent the time doing more stretching (I want to reach my length goals first). I know that, in theory, girth exercises can help with length gains (expansion in all directions). My question is do you think the trade off from not doing any jequing or girth work is worth the extra attention given to stretching? In other words, is the opportunity cost of skipping girth more beneficial because it leaves more time for pure length work in the same amount of time? I'm starting to think that I've been missing out on some gains I could have made. What has everyone else experienced? Thanks for the input.
