I have never really jelqued on any regular schedule and instead spent the time doing more stretching (I want to reach my length goals first). I know that, in theory, girth exercises can help with length gains (expansion in all directions). My question is do you think the trade off from not doing any jequing or girth work is worth the extra attention given to stretching? In other words, is the opportunity cost of skipping girth more beneficial because it leaves more time for pure length work in the same amount of time? I'm starting to think that I've been missing out on some gains I could have made. What has everyone else experienced? Thanks for the input.

im like you, i've always focused more on flaccid stretching. its hard to maintain my libido trying to do erect work every day. all the adult entertainment makes me feel like a Scumbag too. :P i am happy with my results so far. Penis Enlargement is a lifestyle man, remember that. cheers!

It is true, so many think Penis Enlargement is a quick fix when it is a complete lifestyle change. My advice is to get a good routine and practice it daily until it becomes a habit. Over time good foundational skills will be the biggest factor in making gains.
 
You can specialize in length work and you will see faster gains in length than if you focused on both length and girth because it allows for more recovery and more opportunities to train for your specific goal.

You should still be doing the other parts of a typical Penis Enlargement routine like warm ups/downs and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work.
