If you only have 2 months you need to really get to it. There are a few ways to go about this but all in all it is clean dieting and intense training. At the same time eat enough protein about a gram per pound of body
weight as you do not want to lose your muscle mass during this training.
Or what I personally love to do when going into a cut is a keto diet there are many of these you probably have heard of the atkins diet well I do not like the atkins diet I think that the anabolic diet or the ckd diet are the best and you will find a lot information about these through a google. I find you can lose a lot of
weight with one of these and preserve lean body mass (muscle). I would also go to something like bodybuilding.com and check out there transformation page it has videos and a strict diet that you can follow so there is no getting confused. Another one is the body for life program this is also excellent and I feel the easiest to follow. But as it has been said before you can not choose where you want to lose fat from (spot reduce) so just put in the hard yards and eventually the fat pad will be gone and you will gain the extra inch.
