last night i did a set of stretching + somewhere between 300-500 jelq reps

Thanks, Simyam. I was talking to my girlfriend over MSN when I started reading about Penis Enlargement. I wasn't insecure about my size but I just thought I would ask her, "Would you like it if I started doing these exercises I found that make my cock bigger?" She eventually answered, "If you want to, kinda," which I took as a yes. I also went on to ask her how my size compared to her ex-boyfriend out of curiosity. She said he was a little bigger so that gave me some more motivation to get on this. I like self-improvement stuff so I figured this would be a good thing for me.

I'm more or less following the routine/plan outlined in the Matter of Size [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. I guess I don't have specific aims in terms of numbers, but if I see any lasting, permanent growth without any side effects I'll be a happy camper.

I just did another set of stretching + approx. 400 jelq reps. This time I did a proper warm up and warm down. How important are these warm ups/downs anyway? The first time I did this was without the warming phases and the second time I just did my sets in the bath.

I'm planning on doing 1 or 2 sessions per day depending on what my schedule allows. I'll post weekly measurements.

My guess is a lot of people don't do the whole heat pad wrap warm up routine, i know i tend to just go for a bit of stretching and usually the shower is good enough for me. Its there to lessen the chance of injury which is pretty low anyway. Its a good idea to do a bit of stretching before any routine though.

The main thing you should try is stick to a solid routine that you wont give up on after a week or 2, beginners routine is good to start with as it will give you time to work on conditioning yourself not just your penis but also your hands. And dont go too hard too fast.

I would say keep girth and erect measurements for a monthly or even every other month so as not to become discouraged. I do suggest measuring your flaccid, stretches, bone-pressed weekly as this will change rather rapidly.
 
Aside from those 2 days that I missed, I've done the following routine every day:
1. warm up
2. stretching in each direction (straight forward, up, down, left, right) and holding for 60 seconds
3. rotary stretching
4. 300-600 reps of jelqing (now doing 600)
5. 100 reps of kegels
6. warm down

I also do a bit of testicular massage stuff but not really properly enough to mention. I don't really see the point so I just pretty much go through the motions without really putting an effort into it.

I haven't measured yet but I guess I'll do it on Oct 18 since I started on Sept 18

This is probably just the placebo effect, but I already FEEL a little bigger while I'm erect. It's only been a little over a week since I've started. What do you guys think? Is it placebo or is it a real sign that this stuff is working ALREADY?

Do not second guess yourself, if you feel you are bigger then BE BIGGER! Penis Enlargement, for some, can bring gains immediately.
 
I actually used to do a few Penis Enlargement exercises on and off a couple years ago for a little bit. Maybe that has something to do with it.
 
I just did a quick measurement of my flaccid length and it hasn't actually changed at all.

I'm starting to have my doubts, especially after doublelongdaddy said "Do not second guess yourself, if you feel you are bigger then BE BIGGER!" which made me suspect that the Penis Enlargement industry might just be another one of those markets that sells techniques on how to lie to yourself in order to build a castle of self esteem on sand.

I'll keep trying this for at least up until my originally planned measuring day, though.
 
Measuring day

EL: 15 cm (+0.5 cm)

What the fuck? I may have simply measured incorrectly but it looks like I grew half a centimeter in length but lost half a centimeter in girth after a month of stretching and jelqing. My flaccid length has not changed at all. I thought the flaccid length was supposed to change the quickest.

OK, guys, come clean here? Does this stuff actually work or is the entire Penis Enlargement community based on mental masturbation?
 
it might not work as quickly as you'd like. i can only attest to 2 cm length growth over a year---because i frankly half-assed my jelqs, hung too light and in the wrong direction.

how's your erection quality? that should improve well before growth. use that as an indicator and don't get too hung up on measuring. maybe take a page from DLD's history and don't measure until your girl notices something.

I suppose that it would make sense that it would take a long time to see some real gains. I'll stick to this since I've seen what I think is a 0.5 cm growth in 1 month in EL. I don't know if there has been an improvement in erection quality. I'm going to start doing A-stretches now.
 
The new exercises I tried felt like too big of a jump from what I've been doing, so I've actually just been doing harder and longer stretching and jelqing, along with jelqing harder with a full erection. I think I read somewhere that jelqing with more erection % helps more? What's the scoop on that?
