I'm more or less following the routine/plan outlined in the Matter of Size [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. I guess I don't have specific aims in terms of numbers, but if I see any lasting, permanent growth without any side effects I'll be a happy camper.
I just did another set of stretching + approx. 400 jelq reps. This time I did a proper warm up and warm down. How important are these warm ups/downs anyway? The first time I did this was without the warming phases and the second time I just did my sets in the bath.
I'm planning on doing 1 or 2 sessions per day depending on what my schedule allows. I'll post weekly measurements.
