I am currently using the Heavy Duty Static Stretcher to stretch at least 1.5 hours a day (working up to a total of 30 hours a week). I use this device, which cause a 6lbs stretch, and there is never any negative issue with doing so.
When i go to the bathroom, I like to do hand rotary stretches, and lately, EVERY time I do so, a tiny amount of blood (red) comes out of my penis tip. I have no infections and almost always I hear a pop beforehand.
I want to add the rotaries in with my overall workout (I feel, and maybe I am wrong, that it would be beneficial to do some manual stretching throughout the day). EVEN when I EASE into doing the stretch, the blood comes.
What gives? Any advice?
