I agree about EAS Products. They make a great high protein drink called AdvantEdge Carb Control. It's 11 ounces has 100 calories, 15 g protein, 3 g fat, 2 carbs. It comes in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. I like the vanilla -- it tastes great. I usually have one a day. It is pretty expensive, though. I wait for it to go on sale and then stock up. It is regularly $7.99 for 4 but goes on sale at 1/2 price or $3.99 fairly frequently. It's found in or near the pharmacy section of the grocery store.
