Or if you're asking about do flaccid length come first, then yeah. Flaccid length comes quicker than erect length. It's the only thing that doesn't fail to let you know if your gaining or not from your exercises.

Well they do agree...indirectly. If you look at all of the current usages and techniques to "expand" tissue throughout medicine. They are just causing perpetual mitosis in the area. And that is what we are trying to do with Penis Enlargement. It is the same exact process. They just don't do these things for the penis, but they do the same exact things to the parts of the body that they are concerned about. It is just a no-no I think for most of them to even consider using the same techniques that they use for every other area of tissue in the body and apply it to the penis. Remember, they are taught that there is nothing "wrong" with the penis as long as it functions properly in terms of reproductive capabilities. Doctors are not supposed to "fix" something that isn't "broken"...
