What are the best exercise to target flaccid size and close the gap as quickly as possible, seems like this should be easier to do then erect gains?
 
Use a wrap of some sort to stay extended as much as possible. I wear divosocks pretty much all the time and my flaccid has improved very quickly. Others use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s wrap.

Oh I am using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] and I am loving it I see huge difference in my flaccid, it is no longer retracting (90% of the time) even when the wrap is off. But i ment manual exercises that I could do to supplement for flaccid specific gains. Now that I think of it, it was probably one of dem overzealous questions :p
