These are my first pics, ever! I know I'm not huge and definitely need some work. That goal is mear attainable. You have a starting size that will push you through your goals na problem.
J make sure you do it daily and with some balls behind it.

I like you set a goal thats attainable and giving it ample time to achieve. Good starting mind-set. Just resist the urge to measure until your 3-month mark.

You must remember exercise is about conditioning and if you had a long lay-off some of your conditioning may have been lost . You may want to start with the DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] and build from there. The DLD Sock Stretches are extremely powerful and intense for even the veterans.
 
I just turned 19; I am a 5'8, 155 pound, caucasian male. I am pretty small for my age, but I've been lifting a lot and beefing up! Thanks for the comments guys!
 
Well you have one thing on your side that's for sure...time as long as you know what you want to accomplish and put in the effort/time you'll be fine. 19 too so you MAY still have some growing to do, if you're lucky. Some advice would be to do cardio prior to Penis Enlargement (it'll help circulation) and also look into taking some of the "Penis" friendly suppliments out there. Here's a suggested list.

Calcium 500mg
Iron 5mg
Magnesium 250mg
Vitamin A 100mg
Vitamin C 1000mg

You've come to the right place. I wish I found this site when I was your age. I started when I was 28. My size was 4.5" in length at 19 and stayed that way until I was 28 because I did nothing for it until then when I started Penis Enlargement. The penis grows fastest in the beginning of Penis Enlargement so I think you set a reasonable goal. Also since you are 19, you could make faster gains than if you were in your 30s so a half an inch in 3 months is attainable for you.

It was amazing watching myself grow when I started. At first the flaccid gets a lot more plump, then follows erect. Learn to enjoy Penis Enlargement, it'll make things a lot more fun. After a while, it just becomes a part of your lifestyle, like lifting weights, meditating, etc. Learn to incorporate a solid routine early, and you will always succeed.

Better advice you won't get, good man!! Good luck with your program. Don't go hog crazy at the start. Ease into it. Have fun!! Like 10inch says, it will become part of your lifestyle.

My routine is a little inconsistent again guys! I started the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] again on December 2nd. I did it for 6 days straight but went on a road trip with my friends Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so I had nowhere to Penis Enlargement. I went did my routine for another 5 days, but missed yesterday because I was out partying! I am really trying to do this routine every single day, but I find it difficult.
