first day of girth work

i was doing only length and began girth today...
i did....

5 min- [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]
15 min - jelqing and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] ( i have a oil which helps on cell division so i need to wait for 15 mins so the oil absorbs so cant do the 5x5x5 routine )
i also wear a shoelace as cockring when doing jelqs so i get double expansion )
5 min - [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]


i had noticed a little fluid buildup but after last session it got more....
in the end i decided to do a few more jelqs and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] for like 2-3 mins .....
but as i did the last [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]....SUDDENLY my dick expanded and it was FULLLL of fluid.....and my heart beat went up....i thought i burst a vein or something .....
later i burped also so i thought it was gas....but not to sure cuz the timing was exact same of fluid build up and heart beat elevation
what was this ????
 
I may also get fluid suddenly it never hurt in any way. Though its mainly around the corona, and more often on the right side weird right? Fluid isn't such a big deal really, it could just mean that you went at it hard too fast.

I notice you do a little bit of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] at the start and finish. What I do is pump, manuals, pump and manuals for the rest of the session.
 
To be clear ....I did use ALOT of force and intensity when doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and that was my mistake ....
I just checked and it's still there......it seems to be more of a swelling rather than fluid
There is a circular kind of swelling on top of shaft .....and my entire penis is also swollen looking ......fluid should have gone by now if it was there ....
I also tried ice and hot dip method by redzulu and it did reduce the swelling a bit .....
Is it possible that I busty some blood vessels or something or caused damage ???
I have no pain but only swelling ......is it advisable to do Manual length work tomorrow ??

Well I tell ya what on one part of my shaft there seems to be a raised area like if growth happened unevenly throughout the tunica. I also get this temporary morphing nearer to the base after some good [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s Which is normal its like a bodybuilder that has one bicep larger than the other, and the opposite for the triceps. It'll even out as you grow.

As long as there isn't any pain or strange feeling I wouldn't worry too much about a little changes after girthing. Chances are tomorrow or the day after you'll be back to normal, and ready for another girthing:cool:.
 
Perhaps the expansion was tissue if you are not seeing it as retention. A picture would help. If you think you are doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] with too much intensity than back it down a bit. From what I read you are doing 5 minutes of pumping coupled with 15 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], is this correct?

I tried taking a picture but it doesn't clearly show one picture and it looks normal .........yes I have been doing 15 mins of JELQS mainly and I will do like 3-4 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in the middle .....also the oil i apply takes 15 mins to absorb in the skin..or else there is no point applying the oil...

Today morning it had all gone down and swelling was like 20%

Yup ur right ....next day it has nearly gone down completely ....but will take a day off and let it heal completely if there is something wrong .....

Better safe since you are starting out, let your tissues acclimatize for a little. In the future when you grow more strong, and confident you will be able to train with the residual expansion from the last session. Wouldn't that be neat? Racks on racks on racks of girth!

fuck it !!! i did my length work right now for 30 mins and it felt gooooood !!!
i thought if this would have been serious then there should have been pain......so i slowly started and nothing happened. :)
but will do girth tomrrow ...lol
 
I hope your cock is aching for some more girthing tomorrow. That it wakes you up throbbing, and ready to do more battle.
 
Normally when you use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for the first time there will be high chances of having fluid retention. But you were also using too much intensity. Some fluid retention do last up to 20hours.

Good point and one that Supra and RedZulu had chimed in on in the beginning of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]'s start. Men who went too hard too fast without becoming completely accustomed to the process ended up with discoloration. Men who were more progressive did not become discolored. I think, with all equipment use, slow and steady wins the race. Start out gentle and progressively work up to full intensity while keeping a mean eye on how the penis is reacting to any given process.

yup i saw discoloration too.....it was dark....
 
can someone help me with reconstructing my routine....
i have a oil that helps in cell division and it take 10-15 mins to absorb in the penis ......

I think that's some snake oil you got there, man. How can oil increase cell division? Unless it's some crazy pharmaceutical grade super expensive cancer curing oil then I would say it's junk. Don't worry about the oil. Dld, redzulu, and all the biggest gainers on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] have made all their gains without the use of some special oil.

now i am only taking the oil not the pills.......cuz i am taking tribulus terrestris instead....it seems more powerful
 
Tribulus will for sure help with girth work, I agree the oil is probably bogus. There are lots of fake gurus and doctors these days so you should be careful
 
Clary sage essential oil gives you a strong warming/engorgement effect for girthing.
 
I just hope all this herbal stuff is not taking the place of good old fashion exercises.

Excellent, and exactly how my experience with the Bathmate pumps have been. In the beginning I could not have high pressure at all, and I didn't got any big expansion.
As time went on I could add more and more pressure, and I got more and more expansion. I had the same experience with manual stretches and also with the lengthmaster.

It's same with me too. Now I get bigger expansion than before with the mityvac.
