Actually I find PE to be very easy. I can stretch while watching TV instead of just sitting there doing nothing. Showers are longer because of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] but I like long showers.

Getting the TIME to PE is the hard part for me. Hoping to start back up again soon and just gonna do it in front of my wife whether she likes it or not. It's either that or no PE.

It can be easy or hard, it is all in the way you approach it. PE is like yoga to some, it brings peace and rest. To others PE is hard and stressful like a miserable homework project that never ends. If your perspective is positive you will gain faster with much more peace. But if you make it hard you will fight the process and make it difficult to make gains.

After I started gaining PE became enjoyable because I knew the work was giving results. I almost enjoy the pain too. I'm not one of those people who mix their pain and pleasure.
