I am sure many of us have experience being fit in our younger years or at one point (around 170 pounds) and sit here today 30 pounds heavier.

Has anyone measured fat pads during this transition who could give me an estimate of how much they have seen in this transition?

I was about 7% body fat now I am probably 14% (increased muscle as well)

Thanks

My fat pad, just like my abs, are the first place I see fat when I am gaining weight. Aside from the 120 pounds I lost prior to the Chanell 4 interview, I stay at a regular weight. In the interview I weighed 140 (yes I lost almost half of my body weight) but I gained back 35 pounds since. My fat pad at the time of the interview was below a half of inch but I was way to skinny at that weight. Today it is closer to an inch but I am at a good weight.

At 260lbs my fat pad was at about 2" which made for shitty visual Penis Enlargement gains.

Thanks for the input. I think at 170 or so I would be so much better off than at 200, for both health and Penis Enlargement among other things.

Guys, ladies like some meat on a man, as well as a nice dick. So find a nice equilibrium! Not too much fat, not too skinny.

It is true, a good body weight is important. When I started to lose my weight I went too far, although my dick looked insanely huge on that frame my face looked better when I got to a good weight. I looked anorexic.

Why blame gaining weight on age? I bet you exercised a lot more when you were leaner.

I did. Before losing weight I was about 10 x 6 but nbp I measured 8 x 6. After losing the weight I gained more than an inch NBP. My fat pad went from 2" (or more) down to about 1/2"...truly amazing.

Thanks for the replies - It has been a good 4 years (pre Penis Enlargement) since I have had a thin fat pad and would be curious to know what it would be at a leaner weight.

Longhorn - (Why blame gaining weight on age? I bet you exercised a lot more when you were leaner.)

*I did not blame gaining weight on age. I am stating a statistical fact that most adults become heavier as they age from 20 to 40, and I have been one of these people. I have maintained decent fitness however with more training could be better like us all. And yes I worked out much more in my younger years - I was actually a national class track athlete. However I do not want to be that lean again!

It is said that the metabolism slows down 2% ( TWO Penis EnlargementRCENT ) every two years, after the age of 20 years old.

Whats more likely is your less physically active than when you where younger.

I remember when I was going out a lot, i wouldn't really gain weight. The reason is I was on my feet for 4 to 5 hrs a nite, while being out in the bars.

It is said that the metabolism slows down 2% ( TWO Penis EnlargementRCENT ) every two years

Should read

It is said that the metabolism slows down 2% ( TWO Penis EnlargementRCENT ) every TEN years

--

What it means is metabolism slowdown is not as much as you think, and metabolism IS tied to activity. What drops more than you expect is activity.

When you where young most of you where on your feet 10,12 even 16 hrs a day, playing, partying, chasing girls, whatever.

Half of us have office jobs and sit on our ass all day, so it adds up. Instead of complaining, get active - your metabolism will speed up, and all your hormones will increase as well.

Good advice!

Equally so metabolism is bound to the 50 calories per day one pound of muscle burns. Thus 4 pounds of lean tissue loss would lead to approx 200 calories a day less.

I was about 30 years old... I suddenly noticed I was getting a fat pad. I'd never had one before. Then I noticed my ass cheeks starting to rub together. My ass was fat! I was FAT!

Some things that helped me.

I tried South beach. Great I'm eating nothing but lettuce now. LOL Actually SB is a good book to read so you can learn how to eat healthy. We americans do not eat healthy. I would advise everyone to get a copy of south beach.

Recently read an article where they had people use smaller plates. People unconsciously ate less.

About a year ago I met my current GF. She got me doing a little yoga again. Not a lot, just enough to get my spine feeling better after years of pain from bulging discs.

My GF got me to start riding my bike. I started riding to the store to school. etc. I do not ride a ton. I just ride a few times a week. I don't ride intensely. I just enjoy my ride. I've lost 35 pounds now and steadied out. I'm actually thin. I actually do not eat as much and when I do I tend to eat healthy. Instead of a bag of chips I'll eat an apple. Sounds boring, but you save money and you feel better.

Now my fat pad is gone. Seriously it's just gone. I am in college with kids half my age. I look at them walking around campus. My physique is better than most guys half my age. Younger women check me out. I actually had one ask to join me for lunch at my table one day. It was obvious she wanted to sleep with me. Pretty girl too, but I am a loyal guy. So I was polite and enjoyed the ego boost then made sure to mention that I had a girlfriend in casual conversation. She excused herself right after that.

After beginning to ride my bike I had numerous women tell me how nice my body was. Most of those comments were along the lines of, "gee, you have such a young looking body"

I didn't do anything too extreme. I just started moving my body and about half my meals are healthy. The other half are whatever I want to eat.

I eat natural and organic foods. I eat very little meat now, but if given the chance I'll surely down a nice bloody steak.

Just like Penis Enlargement, weight is something you can adjust. Most guys like to lift weights. If I was single I'd probably go to a yoga studio. Yoga studios are full of healthy looking women. A good place for a guy to hang out since the ratio is about 10 to 1.

I think eating is a form of boredom time killer. Some people smoke to kill time others eat. If you get a reason to get out of your house you'll move around and lose weight. I sometimes just grab something to read and ride a couple blocks to StarBucks and have a coffee and sit and look at people.

I do not spend as much time on the internet now. Wanna get fat? surf the web.

Want to lose weight? MOVE YOUR BODY!!! EAT LESS CRAP!!!

It's hard to get motivated about all this stuff. Just get yourself out of the house. Do something.

I know some of you will read this and react negatively. You'll cling to your way of thinking. You won't consider the potential for personal growth you might discover. I feel more confident. I feel better about myself. People notice this in a person. If you are single, the number one way to get not single is to do things to change your outlook on life. Women can tell when a guy has a positive vibe about life. You'll see.

LOL I think I went a little off topic, but I just have a chip on my shoulder about weight loss and diet change/ life style change.

Nuff said! Seriously, just like Penis Enlargement men make losing weight complicated. If a man takes an objective view of the way he eats and how much exercise he does he will quickly see the errors. Losing weight is not about sacrifice it is about substitution. Changing the foods we eat alone will cause weight loss, throw a walk in everyday will only increase the weight loss.

what is encouraging for me to lose weight is - Since I have done Penis Enlargement my fat pad is close to 1.5 inches. My BPFSL is over 9 inches however the fat pad has hidden my gains.

Going from 7.5 to 9 will be insane visually!

This just reminds me that i gotta lose some weight. I'm 5ft 7 3/4in tall and i weigh 222 pounds. My weight used to be 175. Well it's 54 degrees right now and later on i'm gonna go out for a walk. I hope it stays like this for a while.

Man, I wish I could eat what I want half the time and stay thin, lol.

Good post though

You can. Besides cultivating a taste for healthy food, there are low fat and sugar free alternatives to many of the treats that are bad for you but that taste so good :) There's also portion control- if you crave something, eat a large meal or drink a large glass of water and have a small piece of what you want for dessert. Just don't try and satisfy your cravings on an empty stomach.

Another thing that helped me with appetite control was fiber pills. If I took one an hour before a meal I would eat very little, satisfy my cravings and lost weight.

Some very helpful hints there.

Luckily, I do enjoy most of the food I eat. Seeing as how I eat the same 6-8 foods day in and day out (bb'ing type diet) I occasssionally will crave some whataburger :)

As you mentioned, satisfying your cravings on an empty stomach can be a BAD idea. I did this at whataburger several months ago, and I spent $38 :(

Was a big bloated mess after that. Stupid sodium.

You can get pretty creative with tasty food as long as you prepare it yourself, which is what I do with 98% of what goes in. I've made some tasty pancakes with some ingredients that some would not be so fond of

When I was 20, I could eat 7 sandwiches a day and not gain weight. Of course I was tearing around like a maniac!! Now I have to exercise to lose weight even if I'm on a 2000 calorie a day food regimen.

Learning to cook is very wise as most recipes can be made using substitutions for the unhealthy parts. Using spices can mask or enhance whatever you are eating and make dieting a pleasure. Getting involved with your food is also wise as it keeps you active and in control of what and how you eat. I am very good in the kitchen and can make even the most mundane, skinless chicken breast taste very good.

Food substitution is important too. Create a list of what you crave and cross reference this list with healthy substitutes. For instance, frozen, fat free yogurt is a great replacement for ice cream, Coke Zero is a brilliant substitute for regular soda, etc. This will allow you to enjoy your food instead of loathe it.

I should learn to cook. Maybe then i could drop some more weight. But don't you think a way better subsitute for soda would be tea?

Tea would be a great substitute, I prefer Coke Zero but whatever floats your boat.

ANother thing to consider is after you have changed your diet to good, healthy, productive food things in your mind will change. The body is very efficient at rejecting toxins, poisons, or any other negative item. If you drink to much alcohol your body will reject it. If you overdose on salt your body will too react to this. This will be very clear after you have changed your diet, if you eat something unhealthy, the body will react to it. For instance, I ate extremely healthy on my diet and after 30 days I decided to allow myself a dinner of pure sodium and fat. My body quickly gave me signals that this was bad and I was not able to eat it. Changing your diet will set in motion automatic body functions that will guide you in your quest.

I am not sure aspartame especially in high volumes is another thing we need to bombard out bodies with. I have researched this over the years and have found so many studies on the negative effects of this product. I am sure we can process it as we do other toxins, however the more things we have to process the greater our odds (especially when genetics of how much we can tolerate) come in to play.

From personal experience aspartame has not benefited my health in any way in the past when I have used it. I actually would suggest coffee, cayenne, even nicotine gum over this drug. However we are all different.

Hello to all. My first post. I've been obese my entire life. Presently, I'm 5'11", about 285, with a huge, disgusting fat pad. Naturally, this makes stretching somewhat difficult and proper jelqs impossible. I've tried to lose weight many times. About 12 years ago, I lost about 75 pounds: was looking good & feeling good (the fuckin' fat pad had shrunk but was still there). That 75 pounds was back on before I knew it.

The problem isn't losing the lard, it's KEEPING IT OFF - and that means finding a proven, reliable way to control the appetite.

Are you asking for help? I know a proven reliable way to control your appetite...

I wish you the best and there are many people here who will encourage you if you choose to work toward your goals.

Cmon DLD not fair haha! I don't want to push help where it is not wanted.

And yes...I was going to get into that proven reliable method that involves "intent" ... you can probably guess where it goes from there. True, maybe boring. But... proven indeed.

Thanks for the reply. I was really just making a statement, rather than specifically asking for help, but of course I'd be delighted to hear any good advice from someone who's been there.

Basically, losing weight requires a lifestyle change. You have to competely change the way you look at food.

I used to be pretty overweight, but I got into bodybuilding and lost about 50lbs in 3.5 months. My weight fluctuates, but I never let my bodyfat get much over 13-14% anymore.

It's gotta be somethign you really want to do..

I don't believe it all comes down to a simple lack of willpower. Something like 98% of the obese who diet gain all the weight back. This cannot be because they're all slobs who just deliberately refuse to control themselves.

The brains/digestive systems of the obese are fundamentally different from those of the thin. The desire to overeat which almost always overcomes the desire for healthy body changes is hardwired: the naturally fat person, unlike the thin, is plagued by cravings as powerful as those experienced by junkies - only unlike the fat, the recovering junkies need never imbibe their addictive substance every day just to survive.

I dont buy that. I think that is a cop out. I'm naturally endomorphic, and I have a slow metabolism. My body wants to be fat. I just refuse to let it happen.

I was overweight my whole life until I decided to learn how to diet. I've been fat for long enough. I used to eat mounds of food. I couldnt really control it until I saw a picture of myself one day and my cholesterol being over 200 at 18 years old.

When I eat bad food, I overeat. I rarely eat bad food, so I don't gain weight again.

You honestly can't sit here and compare a heroin junkie to an obese person. It is simple, don't put junk down your mouth.

When a person decides to change their mentality on food in general, the problem will get better. I'm not saying it is easy. Saying, "I can't help it" just perpetuates laziness and kills the motivation for those who MIGHT do something about it.

well... lack of willpower I would even put something before that. Lack of actions or habits that put the balance of calorie loss in your favor.

Weight loss is math. It is a physical process. It is harder for some and easier for others... but if you believe in free will and math, it is achievable for anyone. ANYONE.

I would actually say the same statements regarding Penis Enlargement. People without willpower will rarely make gains because they will not do the work consistently. Ever freaking day if I dont wake up and read the specifics of what i am trying to create and change in my world, I personally am way less likely to fill my day with actions that move me toward what I want.

I encourage you to start with this. Write down what you want in this life to have now. Feel like you have them. Read them throughout the day. Willpower is earned as the ball rolls downhill with positive momentum. Again, math. *What I am saying here is very important. Do not look to willpower to sustain you always. Cling to habits. Actions. When motivation is high, great. when it is low, you will still succeed if your being is action based. And..more often than not you will have high willpower because you sail the seas every day ...whether it is stormy or not. That is what makes and builds willpower. It is earned.

Yes I can. The same can be said to a heroin junkie: "It's simple, don't put junk in your arm" - but it won't be said, because there's far more sympathy for degenerate junkies (who, knowing the likely outcome beforehand, willfully started using the shit) than there is for someone who's been fat from childhood. It probably just comes down to aesthetic tastes: no one can stand the sight of the obese (least of all the obese themselves). This goes double for the few who manage to diet & keep it off: none so pure as the purified. Once again, I'll just reiterate the 98% failure rate, and leave it at that.

I did not come here to get locked into a an epic debate about obesity, I just mentioned my fat pad impediment in passing. Obtaining a bigger cock is my only real interest here, so let's get back on track, Hydromaxm?.

I got to admit running is what helped me lose all of my weight. Take a toke before running and go soak up that sunshine. You will get a nice tan, a longer penis and a larger quantity of pussy:)
