okay so, I was wondering, how do I know if i'm stretching enough to get gains and how do I know if i stretched it too much

Too much is hard to do because those devices don't put out that much tension. The only way it's too much is if you keep popping out of it.

Get used to the device for a couple of weeks at a minimal tension. After that you'll know how much tension you can dial in and still keep it on and comfortable.

Perfectly normal, the stinging feeling is skin and tissue stretch.

DLD is right.. all that is fine... You should only be concerned if its involving your glans

That's it, not even an instructional manual? What happened to all the freebies? I plan on contacting them and finding out what's going but I thought maybe I could get some answers here first. Where's the roaring tiger, the erection quality gizmo, the creams, and lube? That stuff only comes with the advanced kit. I got the discount on the basic package and the total came to 150.00. I like the product but the free stuff would of been nice, or at least an instructional manual besides the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words].

i got the basic one also but it came with the manual and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words], although it didin't come with the silicon padding which I was kinda upset about. But i'm using my own padding and its pretty comfortable

I'm wearing it right now, I have no idea how many little bars I'm suppose to use... it's really easy to put on, i feel a good stretch. almost like what you get when you stretch your muscles, it kind of burns in that good way.

I found the manual btw.l, it looked like a piece of cardboard at first. haha, so that's good,it doesn't really say anything different from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words]. So can't really complain there. If i can gain half an inch. I'll be amazed! I'm pretty big as it is. I'm a little over 8 at the moment.. And my girth is honestly around 7 at the lowest part of my shaft, towards the glands between 5-6. I'm still trying to figure measuring out. But without pulling nearly at all besides to hold the ruler. I'm just barely over the 8 mark. When I measure from the side it's over that, .. more like 8.5 pushing 9. Anyone else experience that? I have a camera but due to a move I lost the tiny little memory chip. so I can't take pictures of any kind. Overall I'm not displeased with the product. The shipping arrived a day before the UPS tracking said it would, and all the pieces were there. So fingers crossed that maybe i can still get some free stuff and even more importantly GROW!
