I used to do something like that in the beginning of my pumping days, staying on a 2.5" cylinder with a heat pad for 2 hours at close to 10hg... It ALL depends on your goal - size, hardness, size & hardness. For those of us totally into size, but unwilling to go the saline or silicone route, extreme is the only way to go.
