Expressive stretching advice

Hey RED, I will hold a stretch for as Long as I can. I also use both hands so both hands get tired....which means steady breaks. But on average I can hold one of these for 2 minutes.

When I had a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] I would perform this stretch in a super set with different exercises so I usually only made it 30 to 45 seconds per repetition. That seems to be a solid number for expressive stretching.

Red, I'm not sure that expressive stretching will give significant length gains. I think if done in conjunction with tunica work that it may be a great superset exercise but as a stand alone I never saw anything significant. I wouldn't work for 2 minutes at one stretch but I would split the two minutes between 2 exercises.

Sounds good ... I think that I rock kookys [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] routine and throw the expressives into the mix aswel.

Okay so for those of you who perform the expressive stretch http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17210 how long do you hold the stetch for and how many reps and sets do you do for them.

Anyone seen results from these?
I do expressive bundle BTC stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3. I hold them for 5 minutes each in the two different bundled directions. After 10 minutes I take a break. After 10 minutes I redo it again. My session is done after a total of 20 minutes. Sometimes I detach every 5 minutes frim the chamber to restore blood flow/circulation.
