Well I've decided to do a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] only pumping routine. I'm not doing any manual or stretching exercises. I'm just going to pump 3x's a day M-F and hopefully 1 or 2 sets on saturday and sunday (I work 16s on the weekends). I got this idea from Alex78's routine and want to dedicate at least 3 months to this and see where I stand. I'm going to start out with 1 sets of 5 mins in the morning,afternoon and evening(about 4-6 hours apart). Each day I'm going to add 30 secs to the sets. This will probably exclude weekends since I won't be getting 3 full sets in. I'll only add time M-F. The goal is to reach 20 min sets 3x's a day and maintain that. I'm not sure If I will start breaking the individual sets up into multiple sets once I hit 15 mins or do one continuous set. Condoms definitely help to keep the fluid retention at bay but I'm not sure about a 20 min set at max pressure.
I do my sets in the bathtub so I will soak in the bathtub for about 5 mins before using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Each set I'll enter the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] fully erect. I will go right to max pressure and re-pump every 2 mins until the set ends. I am keeping an excel spreadsheet log (also an idea from Alex). The plan is to measure monthly.
My starting stats are: BPenis EnlargementL - 6.75"
NBPenis EnlargementL - 6.25"
Head Girth - 5.0"
MSG - 5.0"
BG - 5.25"
BPFSL - 7.5"
Right now I'm hitting 190mm - 195mm on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. 195mm is about 7.5" which is 0.75" above my BPenis EnlargementL.
