Is there any set rule for what is a good expansion during girth exercises. I do jelqs and then move into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and can get about 1/2 in expansion over my eg. I have never really focused on girth much and am trying to get into it.
