After trying a very intense training regimen for 6 months without any permanent gains, I decided to take 3 weeks off and start light with DLD program with warm ups from JP 90 day routine.
I use to be able to expand up to 6.5 with my clamping/pumping routine, but I did not recieve permanent gains. I am now the proud owner of a brown penis however :blush:
After I jelq, I have no expansion.
Am I jelqing incorrectly ?
