I have added a PM workout as well before bed which consists of
100 2 sec JAI stretches and 20, 10 sec uli's which is done on MON WED FRI AND SUN. I was just wondering if this was alright since I have read that this may be too intense in the beginning, but after doing this for a week my penis feels alright so i was wondering if I could up the intensity of these exercises.
So if anyone could give me some pointers it would be well appreciated as I want to max out as as much as possible on my NEWBIE GAINS.
