Even girth?

Is there a way to even the girth out? I'm 5.5" meg but from my point of view i look tiny, the reason being is all my girth is like a north to south thing if that makes sense. Im not really a newbie but I hardly ever post. I currently dry pump and have the bsfhmste, also hang with a vac hanger, clamp, and still do the manual exercises. I'm growing but I'd really like to even the girth out if that's possible.

Sometimes evening out the girth takes several steps and personally I think Friar Fige's armor workout can work very well! It's basically "overriding" the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] and thus giving your more expansion on the shaft and glans!

I think I worded it wrong, I can pack a 9x2.25 tube without fluid retention. And yes i use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] with water, I have a few leluv cylinders I use for dry pumping. My bg,meg,and girth under my glans are pretty even. What I was talking about is my penis is kinda oval shaped. If you look at it from my perspective it's not that big (looking down at your penis) but if you're looking at it from the side you can tell I'm way above average for girth. I just want to make my penis more circular I guess lol.
