I have been using this forum for a while now, and have been doing Penis Enlargement intensely for two months. I know this question has been asked a ton of times and I could do a search, but I am wondering if I in particular may be doing something to cause this.
For the past week or so I have been having erection issues. At best my dick gets to maybe 85% erection. Like at the very most it gets to the point where it is a bit beyond half staff, but the head is still deflated and it isn't very stiff. I do not know what the issue is, but this truly worries me. I do not want to develop erection problems from Penis Enlargement. I hang 12.5 lbs for 4 twenty minute sets, and I try to get in at least an hour or two in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] a day, although I only started that maybe 5 days ago and the erection issue was around slightly prior to that. This may sound too intense of a routine for me, but I have gradually worked up from a low weight and always had rock hard erections throughout this whole two months of hanging. I moved up in weight very gradually, no more than 1 pound a week starting at 5 lbs, and like I said, have had great erections all the time except recently.
One important thing I should add is even my morning wood isn't stiff and is more like jello than hard. Even when it gets hard in the morning, which is the peak of my erections, it still isn't 100% and if it is pretty good it dies down quickly.
I have narrowed the possibilities to one of a few things.
1. I ejaculate too much, especially in combination with the fatigue from my workouts. Before beginning Penis Enlargement, and even through the early part of doing it, I would ejaculate maybe 2-3 times on a normal day, but there were many days where I would ejaculate 5 or more times. I am currently trying to control for this issue. I haven't ejaculated at all today, and will hold off for a day or two more to see if this fixes my issue. At first I thought it was this, but now I doubt it.
2. I am not working my PC muscle at all, and it may have gotten out of shape to handle the tissue I am adding. I have really slacked off on kegeling or reverse kegeling, so maybe my PC muscle is not well conditioned anymore. It may have been something like a year since I properly did a kegeling routine. Maybe this will be the key to fixing my erection issue. After I test the ejaculation idea, I am going to start incorporating a routine of 200 5 second kegels daily. I know it takes a while to build up, but after a week I should see something of a difference.
3. My workouts may be too intense or I have been doing them for too long without adequate rest. For almost exactly 60 days straight I have been hanging no matter what. The only break happened for one three day period when I was forced to go out of town. Because of soreness, sickness, and time issues, I have not always been able to hang 4 sets every day (although I probably did that 45-50 out of the 60 days) and when I didn't I still hung at least 2 sets. My workout might be the issue. This is the last thing I will resort to, but if after checking ejaculation and adding kegeling I don't start to get rock hard erections, I will limit my entire workout to 1 hanging set a day until my erections get back to normal. I don't want to stop entirely as I believe that may cause me to lose gains, but this amount of reduction should be enough to fix the issue as a last resort. If this doesn't work, I will switch to a reduced schedule in terms of sets and only do 5 days on 2 days off, at least for a while.
